Mechanical QC Inspector (Code : Mec QC) 

Quantity Required : 4 

Responsibilities :

          Execute the inspection an Quality Qontrol activities on site collecting
          the relevant records. Ensure that all mechanical operation are executed
          in according with the relevant Codes and Standards, and Subsidiaries
          procedures, Quality Control Plans / Inspection Test Plans.

                                                 

Requirements : 

• Degree / Diploma (3 yrs.) in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Production Engineering
• At Least 5 years experience as a Mechanical Inspector Position
• Static and Rotary equipment inspection experience are mandatory 
• Well versed the common practice of preservation of various vessels, tanks, pump, motor, and etc. Are widely used for Oil and Gas field
• Well versed the usage of modern instrument to cross verify.

Material QC Inspector (Code : Mat QC) 

Quantity Required : 5 

Responsibilities :

         Execute the inspection an Quality Qontrol activities on site collecting the
         relevant records. Ensure that management of inspections, material
         certifications and quality records relevant to project materials Codes
         and Standards, and Subsidiaries procedures, Quality Control  Plans or
         Inspection Test Plans.
                                             
Requirements :

• Diploma in any discipline or graduate in any field
• At Least 4 years experience as a Material QC Inspector
• Must be familiar with various international standard related to material inspection 
• Well versed in various international code and standard like ASME, AWS, API, BS, EN and etc.

Coating, and Painting QC Inspector (Code : Mat QC) 

Quantity Required : 3 

Responsibilities :

         Execute the inspection an Quality Qontrol activities on site collecting
         the relevant records. Ensure that all Coating and Painting operation are
         excuted in accordance with the relevant Codes and Standards, and
         Subsidiaries procedures, Quality Control Plans / Inspection Test Plans.
                                                                     
Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical  / Metallurgical / Material or Chemical engineering
• At Least 4 years experience as a Coating, and painting QC Inspector
• Certified NACE level - II, BGAS level - II, FROSIO
• Well versed in quality control activites and wide international standard knowledge as an Inspector.

HSE Officer (Code : HSE) 

Quantity Required : 20 

Responsibilities :

          Execute that project or site HSE plans and procedures are properly
          implemented on site during operations. Ensure Liaise continuously
          with the workforce and supervision on HSE issues. Intervene at any
          unsafe act or condition. Communicate HSE matter to workforce.
                                                                                   
Requirements :

• Preferably Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Healt and Safety Departement
• Minimum 5 years field experiences as a HSE Officer in the Oil and Gas sector preferably in a fabrication yard
• Having strong knowledge about high risk fabrication activity such as heavy lifting, confined spaces, working at height
• Certified AK3 or K3 by KEMENAKERTRANSI
• Strong leadership, fair english oral and written communication skills
• Team player, and good communication
• Willing to work in a multicultural environment.

Safety Engineer (Code : SE) 

Quantity Required : 2 

Responsibilities :

         Provide necessary support  to ensure the correct development,
         management and improvement of the safety Management.
         Develop with HSE support documentations (Risk Assesment,
         Job Safety Analysis) in collaboration with Construction
         Departement. Issue HSE Report, review HSE statistic. Analyze
         and plan HSE training need.
                                                                                  
Requirements :

• Preferably Degree or Diploma in Healt and Safety Departement
• Minimum 7 years experiences as HSE Engineering in Oil and Gas sector preferably fabrication yard
• Having relevant ecperience with HSE documentations such as Risk Assesment, Job Safety Analysis, HSE Inspection
• Having experience in incident investigation through root cause analysis other method 
• Experience in HSE Statistics & training analysis and reporting
• Strong leadership, good English communication skill both oral and written
• Team player, and good communication
• Willing to work in multicultural environment.

Dimensional QC Inspector (Code : DCI) 

Quantity Required : 4 

Responsibilities :

         Execute the dimensional inspection and Quality Control activites on site,
         collecting the relevant record Ensure that all dimensional operation are
         executed in accordance with all relevant Enggineeing drawings, Quality
         Control Plans or Inspection Test Plans.
                                                                      
Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma of Civil or Mecchanical or Production in Engineering
• Total Minimum 9 years experience and 6 years in offshore structural activities
• Using of Total station (Leica / Top Com), various optical levels, Utilization of various software, and etc
• Well versed all office software, AutoCAD, Etc
• Must be familiar to collect data from site and produce the report from the system.

Callibration Technician (Code : CT) 

Quantity Required : 3 

Responsibilities :

        Perfome in-house callibration as well as prepare the report; welding
        machines Electrode or flux stabilizing oven, Quiver bassed on related
        project procedure or requirement. Prepare external callibration for all
        other items such as multi Meter, Clamp Meter and Thermometer.
       To Ensure that equipment used for the relateded project are in valid
       callibration status.
                                                                             
Requirements :

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering
• At least 5 years experience as a Callibration Technician position
• Well versed with various international standard related to callibration.

Training Coordinator (Code : TC) 

Quantity Required : 1 

Responsibilities :

        Organize the metodology in order to collect the HSE training needs.
        Organize training course schedule. Standardize the training course
        catalogue
                                                                                             
Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree from any discipline or graduate in any field
• At least 6 years experience as a Training Coordinator position
• Certified Train the Trainer
• Strong leadership, fair English oral and written communication skills
• Experience in delivering training courses.

Welding Superintendent (Code : WS) 

Quantity Required : 1 

Responsibilities :

        Organize, coordinate and control the welding activities, ensuring the
         management of interfaces with construction discipline, methods
        disciplines, welding engineering and quality control
                                                                                               
Requirements :

• Fair English oral and written communication skills
• 10 years experience as a Welding Superintendent position
• Knowledge of fabrication and assembly methodologies for piping, steel structures, equipment, skids and modules. Knowledge of prefabrication and assembly practices
• Capability to define team members overall roles and responsibities and enhance individual skill ensuring the best performance of the team in order to achieve the objectives
• Knowledge of piping and steel structures materials and consumables
• Capability to read and interpret technical project documents.

Prefabrication Supervisor (Code : PFS) 

Quantity Required : 7 

Responsibilities :

         Supervise the execution of prefabrication works, verifying that works are
         correctly carried out in accordance with roject documentation and in the
         planned time frame.
                                                            
Requirements :

• 10 years experience as a prefabrication supervisor position
• Fair English oral and written communication skills
•  Capabity to coordinate Subscontractors and internal personnel from a technician point of view
• Knowledge of prefabrication methodologies for piping steel structures
• Awareness of erection or assembly activities, awareness of lifting and heavy lifting methodologies
• Knowledge of structural steel cutting
• Understanding of pipe cutting and beveling.
